> Organizing a trip from Australia we had no idea how we would arrange transfers to and from the Waikoloa Hilton on the big island. That's where, through perseverance and by the grace of god, our agent found Tim. Tim was an absolute delight from the moment we met him. Despite missing our flight to the Big Island through a number of unfortunate incidents, and arriving 3 hours later, Tim was there to meet us. This charming ex NY'er took care of everything. He wouldn't let us lift a bag and had us in the back of his luxury limo within no time. What a relief, while others were still looking for their bags on the carousel, we were on our way.

> He struck up a conversation with our children and immediately put them at ease. Tim was a wealth of knowledge and entertained us all on the 30 minute trip to our hotel. Needless to say he had drinks on hand from the moment we sat down.

> But it didn't end there. After learning I was a golf nut, and had no partner he offered to play a game with me. But not only that, he picked me up from the hotel, took me to his club, entertained me for the round and dropped me home. What a great day.

I just wanted to give you a huge “MAHALO” for making our 30^th Anniversary so special. Having you and Danny surprise me at the beach with the limo was absolutely perfect. You are such a great friend and I love working with you. I want you to know that I NEVER recommend anyone but you for our limo service. Your attention to detail and customer service is just an extension of what we want for our customers. From the day your limo pulled into my driveway, I have never once worried about how the “limo” driver is going to treat my customers. I know from the moment you arrive to the moment our clients are safely back to their resort, they have been treated with respect and honor.
